Round IIX: Soccer Moms Gone Bad

Greetings on what for me is a cold and rainy morning, I hope your spring is better weather wise this time.  Dan chose this week's topic "Soccer Moms Gone Bad" it was either that or "People Who Shouldn't Be Hula Dancers",  I thought this had the potential of being less vomit inducing.   What's truly amazing about this is that both Dan and I included a reference to a Hummer in our drawings, I suppose this is evidence that massive amounts of debt and a lack of environmental conscious soaks the stereotype of the soccer mom.

Round VII: First Date Nightmares

We skipped a week; but only to serve you better, we switched to a schedule which will allow Dan and yours truly to have more time to work on these.
Today is a special shout out to any boy or girl who may not have a broken heart but has definitely shut a front door or walked off a porch after a date thinking "What was I thinking?"  So today we give you First Date Nightmares (try not to wet yourself with fright).

Round VI: It Seemed Like A Good Idea At the Time

There was this one time I talked to a homeless man.  In this situation I made two mistakes, the first was misjudging the size of his beard in proximity to my body (I try to keep a three foot minimum from all strange hairs).  The second came in the form of a lesson: don't start a conversation with someone who is already having a conversation with them self.   The conversation ended with the man up in my face (using his beard weapon to frighten me), screaming that by approaching him we had broken 421 federal laws and the government should come out here to execute us mother[funcakes].   I learned a lot about myself that day.
I suppose we have all had experiences like this, not specifically with the schizophrenic homeless but I imagine everyone has had an experience that seemed like a good idea at the time and later on you realized what a colossal pile of failure it really was.   Perhaps it was while under the influence of some of Uncle Remus's sweet stuff or maybe it was a team effort at the office when you launched a multi-million dollar flag ship product that sank before it ever sailed.  Whatever the case may be here are a few ideas that may have seemed good on paper but failed in reality.

Round V: Summer Jobs

Happy May everyone!  In light of the fact that most people are wrapping up finals, even high schools will be out in a month or so we decided to pay a tribute to perhaps the most nobel group in our society. The unsung heroes of capitalism, yes the minimim wage summer jobbers.  So before you apply to make a little cash before hitting the books again in September take a look at these drawings and ask yourself "is this what I want?"
